Returns

 

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return under EU consumer law, and we extend this to 30 days as a goodwill guarantee. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

How to start a return

 

Email us at contact@nevore.store with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

 

Damaged or wrong items

 

Inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at contact@nevore.store so we can make it right.

 

Right of withdrawal (EU)

 

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
